Evening thoughts

Recently there have been a few incidents where my partners aren't really partnering. I work with them, we create designs, we validate them with users and then the engineering team builds whatever they want. I am not sure how to address it, doesn't really bring value to my work. In fact why am I here, what the hell am I doing? What is the reason to put the effort in.

Part of it is that the team is lazy and want to launch something, anything. And they'll do it by whatever means necessary.
