Hi

I, Jason Croatto, am a multidisciplinary designer currently crafting products and experiences at Google. I bring my past in Film and Animation as a storyteller to the digital product and experience products. I believe that any good pitch is being the audience in, sharing the struggles, how we, together, are going to get through this, and with context to how we go here, why these pieces matter and where we are going or this could lead.

I have designed complex systems, led teams, grown teams and managed people across disciplines in UX for the last 15 years.

For the programs, products, projects, apps, and on, that I have worked on, I have advocated for long term sustainable features, directional ideas that help users, build trust, and solve complex problems systematically over time. Rome wasn’t built in a day as they say.

As a leader and manager, I have grown teams from 2 to almost 30. I have helped my reports and team members go through promotions, grow by unlocking opportunities and work with partners to create challenges that they were seeking. I am a hands-on leader, directly designing and defining strategy as well as guiding, coordinating and planning a larger body of works in details with executives to peers.
